As long as the articles being requested are related to Boost (as a number
of the themes are), it seems appropriate to me as moderator. Particularly
since you aren't hitting us with requests all the time.
Boost developers have already published a number of magazine articles about
Boost libraries. Good for Boost, good for the author, good for the user,
good for the publication. Everybody wins. Commercial publications like
the C/C++ Users Journal do pay for articles, by the way.
