Since version 8 of "dlw_util.zip" is currently under formal review, I
put some of the suggested changes by the (so far) only public
evaluator in a file called "dlw_util2.zip" in the vault. It only
changes the member name and improves the documentation;
the radical change suggested by the evaluator wasn't done.
The old version 8 is still there for future evaluators (hint, hint)
to
check out.
