GetCurrentThread() has nothing to do with my
point. you just keep a single copy of *REAL*
handle (and if really needed, wrapped inside
some object together with global thread
id <- GetCurrentThreadId/CreateThread(...,&id),
etc) and get access to it via TLS/TSD.
