Hi Douglas,

thank you so much for your fast reply. I have chosen solution two and 
installed stlPort since my code is supposed to compile on nearly 
every platform, and since i am using a lot of STL code i guess that 
sooner or later i would have run into problems anyway if i would go 
on using Microsoft's STL implementation.
