I have been planning to write an APA class, but the recent talk
about it on the list finally convinced me to finish one. It's a
complete kernel, and not one built on top of a more famous
open-source project, and its values simplicity over efficiency, but
all the other numeric types in Boost are like that. I plan to
reorganize it (a lot) soon.
