I have updated the PREPROCESSOR library files. The update mostly updates the
documentation and corrects some minor issues, but also changes the recently
added shifted parameter enumeration primitive into a separate header. The
library interface and implementation, except for the header of shifted
parameter enumeration, have remained stable. See the history file in the
documents for more details.
