For a simple bind_all lib for up to f.eks. 9 args I have some of the
code already in place (as a result of this thread). (Of course the
underlying intention behind starting this thread is that I want to
contribute to boost...)
I have not thought about how to handle references yet..
(I'll punt on that one first...)
