I guess that there'll be a Boost 1.22.0 coming out soon. I was wondering if
the stuff in "dlw_oprs.zip" (at version 27) and "dlw_util.zip" (at version
3a) were good to go in too. Who's supposed to be looking at "dlw_util.zip",
anyway? (It doesn't have to be the same people looking at the other
archive.)
