Did some of the tweaks suggested by Aleksey Gurtovoy. The renaming of a
class template back to "totally_ordered" inspired two new class templates,
"partially_ordered" (> <= >= from < _and_ ==) and "equivalent" (== from <).
I tried to experiment with what happens if conversion operators are made
private in "conversions_test.cpp," but no change occurred. Either the
experiment is a failure or my compiler has serious problems enforcing
access. Try #defining macros to make the access private and see what
happens.
