I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that some of the test tool headers cause
warnings about prototypes being needed. The version of Boost that came out
a couple of days ago doesn't have the fix, so I'm posting it here again. It
just makes sure that the functions my compiler complains about have a
forward declaration before the matching definition.
