Sometimes I want to use the boost::nullary_function template class, and I
always forget that it's in the "compose.hpp" header instead of the
"functional.hpp" header. Should that template be moved to the latter
header? Or should the more radical step of merging the former header into
the latter be done? Or am I being too picky?
