I know this is off topic, but this group seems to consist of brighter
and more informed people than are generally found in the newsgroups
etc.
My question is:
What are the two or three best books on modern C++ design concepts. I
have a bit of experience in development with C++, but a lot of the
concepts discussed here are design patterns and concepts concerning
C++. I would like to know more about this subject, so what books
should I read? It would be nice if it discussed the design of the STL
as well.
