Numerics: any plans or talk about multiple precision floating point?

This would be masssively useful.  

There's some stuff in the GMP library which is compilable under GNU, 
and under MSVC with minimal changes.  Unfortunately it's only a C 
library, but it's good code to start from.

I have just discovered boost, and the rational stuff is going to be 
so useful to me.  Thanks for all the good work.
