OK, I've just checked in a fix for config.hpp - numeric_limits is broken on
Builder 5, and the _RW_STD version check in config.hpp was wrong.
Cast_test.cpp now builds cleanly with C++ Builder 5.
The other errors are numerous, I haven't had a chance to work through them
all yet, this may take some time....
