I think C++ I/O is neat, so rounded up a bunch of ideas I've thought of and
some that I've seen in the newsgroups, and some in C++ books and put them
together in a sub-library. I'm going to add a few more headers later.
Unfortunately, I don't use these functions that often, especially the
extravagant parts, so a lot of it is untested. Hopefully, you guys and gals
could give some advice, code, suggestions, etc. for this library.
Some of the HTML docs credit non-Boost people. Am I doing those
attributions correctly?
