Some questions:
1) are you using the latest cvs source, I fixed some problems with min and
max in there, although whether these also work with the new Dinkum
libraries I don't know.
2) Can you mail me (direct) the compiler error messages, so that I can
figure out what defines need to be set.
3) Is there a macro defined that can be used to identify the updated Dinkum
headers?
