(We haven't updated the boost version recently because we are about to
embark on a "boost"fy'ing of it so we can submit it formally.

I have a much older version of an expression template library (ET) that
works with MS which I'm not going to post to boost because it has way too
many hacks for a large distribution. But you can email me directly and I'll
send it to you.
