Nuts! I added on the __STL_IMPORT_VENDOR_CSTD bit at the end without
thinking. Assuming checking that STLport pulling in of std types is
important (which I think it is, because IIRC, version 3 has this off
by default), it should probably just be:
#if !defined(__STL_IMPORT_VENDOR_CSTD)
# define BOOST_NO_STDC_NAMESPACE
#endif
