TCL :-) I'm serious: I have written a set of functions which I
generally refer to as MFD (multi format documentation). There
are different implementations of certain functions to generate
diifferent formats. Currently I have running versions for HTML
and roff. The latex stuff needs a little bit tending after I extended
the number of functions but only modified the HTML and roff
generators. I think the array submission I made includes these
scripts...
