A pre-submission by Steve Cleary <scleary_at_[hidden]> has just
been posted at http://www.boost.org/libs/estl/estl_submission.zip.
It contains an STL-style single-linked list, an empty_member class,
and a "Class Info" subsystem, and some other stuff.
