It works so far, though I have not tested the feature itself due to lack of
cores (and time, unfortunately). Will have more time from next week on.

I'd like to have this merged after release, so we get an intense testing. If
you want to merge it sooner, I'd like to merge the current develop to master
first. This is overdue, too. But it seems Rene is waiting on feedback on his
last feature.
