Changes are now in cvs: as a result almost all of boost's test can be
compiled with -pedantic -ansi with gcc.
The changes have been tested with gcc 3.3 and 2.95, VC7.1 and Intel 8, so
hopefully there won't be any fallout, but if there is, shout :-)
