I've been waiting for Kevlin to review the new lexical_cast version
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/lexical_cast_proposition/), that
I've made in cooperation with him, but he's been quite busy (which is why I
made it, rather than him, as he was too busy for it), so he hasn't got
around to it, yet. I've told him about the new Boost release about a week
ago, and he would try to get it done, but also said he wanted to make sure
he did a proper job, which makes sense.
So this may or may not be included in the release, depending on if he gets
around to it.
