Right. :) I first thought I'd send a comment off list, as I first thought
what you said was generally the case. So it might not add much to post it.
However, as I looked more into it, it seemed it could be useful to post it,
after all, to find out what was the case. And I apparently forgot to change
the subject line. :)
Actually, come to think of it, even copy/copy_if doesn't necessarily take an
empty sequence as input. It appends to any sequence that it gets as input.
